I was born 1984, Ninewells hospital, Dundee, Scotland. When I was 5 years old I emigrated to Holland. I spent around 6 to 7 years there. I lived in a city called Almere which was a short drive from Amsterdam. My first dutch school was called De Delta, but then I moved house from Almere-Stad to Almere-Haven so I switched schools to De Polderhof.
I returned to Dundee when I was around 11 years old. When I first came back, I spent a brief year in Kellyfield primary school before moving to St Mary´s Lochee. Lochee was where I grew up as a teenager and I attended St John´s High School. Memories of that school are good and I especially enjoyed being in the art department. Art and physics were my strongest subjects.
When I left school after 6th year, I started an HNC in Digital Publishing with Graphic Design at Graham Street Art College. This is where I first learnt how to use a computer. I obtained my HNC and gained a place at Duncan of Jordanstone college of Art & Design where I started an honours degree in Interactive Media Design. It was at Duncan of Jordanstone I was introduced to the fundementals of programming. I have developed into a competent and ASP/VBScript and JavaScript coder. My main area of expertise is CSS.
During my last year at university, I did a summer-time placement at NCR which was to be my first taste of working within the IT sector. I also did some freelance work for local Dundee businesses which include designing and building Easylets.
I´m not currently looking for work.
I love going on holidays and definitely going to go back to New York sometime soon. Music is my favourite past time and like to get in as many festivals under my belt in the summer months.

Another thing worth mentioning is my keen interest in SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). Techniques are forever changing and its hard to keep up.
